1. SHOULD HAVE WORKED ATLEAST 1 YR IN THE PRESENT COMPANY
2. SHOULD HAVE WORKED AS A TEAM LEADER IN AN INTERNATIONL CALL CENTRE FOR ATLEAST 1 YR
3. PEOPLE FROM NON BPO BACKGROUND NOT ELIGIBLE
